The directory is browsed by advertisers looking for places to advertise. Just Ad Here directs these advertisers to your signs. Membership Benefits: Membership is Free. Your signs are listed in our database for advertisers to find. Your signs are listed on Digital Sign Directory www.digitalsigndirectory.com Just Ad Here can design the ads. Just Ad Here can provide trusted national branding. Your newly listed signs are emailed to our database of advertisers. You gain access to our database of businesses looking for signs to be installed. Just Ad Here will contact the advertiser when their ad is going to expire. Just Ad Here deals with the advertiser. You concentrate on operating your signs. We advertise the entire network. We are a directory business, not a digital sign business. While your time goes into building your digital sign network, our time goes into finding advertisers. Free enrollment into the digital coupon network. Back to menu How much does it cost There is no charge to list your signs in the directory. All listings are free for an unlimited amount of time. Back to menu How does Just Ad Here get paid We take 15% of the fee the advertiser pays for a place on your sign. We also charge the customer a *$25.00 setup fee for designing the ad. Just Ad Here will create the ad and send payment to you. The ad will be available for download when you log into your Just Ad Here account. It will also be available via ftp. Back to menu What happens when I sell ads through other sources We only take a commission if the ad is sold through the Just Ad Here website. We have nothing to do with your own business transactions. When you receive an ad from Just Ad Here, just consider us another customer who wants to place an ad on your sign and we have our ad already made. Back to menu What equipment do I need Any video system that can display a slide show of jpg images can display our advertisements. Digital picture frames of any size, any computer and any digital advertising equipment. Back to menu How do I get started First you have to create an account. If you already have an account click on My Account. This will bring you to your account home page. Here you must click on Manage My Signs and finally Ad a Sign. Simply fill out the form to let us know what type of equipment you have. It's that simple. We'll start sending you ads in your email. Back to menu How do I receive my ads When an advertiser chooses one of your signs to place their ad onto, you will receive an email notification. You must log into your account to see the ad information. You can download the jpg image here. Back to menu How do I automate my ad placements If you have a digital sign with an internet connection capable of ftp downloads, you can automate your ad placement. Any computer and some digital picture frames as well as digital sign equipment can do this. Ads will automatically be placed on your signs without the need for any intervention on your behalf. Back to menu What about play lists We can automate playlists from our server as long as all ads originate from our server. If you have your own ads that are playing on the sign we currently do not have a way to build them into the play list. Back to menu Do I have to make the ads No. We charge a $25.00 setup fee per ad to design the ad. This is only a one-time fee. The ad can be used as often as the customer desires on as many systems as desired. This works best since the customer will more than likely advertise on signs other than your own. If you prefer to design the ad please contact us. We can make arrangements. If the customer uploads an ad already designed by yourself or another source there is no setup fee providing it is in the proper format and size. Back to menu Can I use the Just Ad Here logo Your 15% payment gives you licensing rights to use the Just Ad Here logo and operate as a Just Ad Here DBA. As long as you are an active member of the Just Ad Here network and accept ads from Just Ad Here you have the right to use the Just Ad Here logo and name. You can use our images on your business cards, brochures, websites and checks. We encourage you to use our images to help build the brand name. Building a brand name is beneficial to everybody involved. It informs the public of who we are and builds trust when they see the name in every town they visit. Back to menu How do I get paid Currently we are using Pay Pal. When the customer pays us, we pay you. If you prefer a check, we mail payments out monthly. Back to menu Can I sell an ad on someone else's sign Just Ad Here offers a 5% referral payment if an advertiser mentions your user ID as a referral. Back to menu Can I refer my own customers and pay 10% instead of 15% Sure. We would love to have our sign owners display the Just Ad Here logo and refer advertisers to our directory. To receive the 5% off the advertiser must use your user id referal number when placing the ad. Back to menu
